Conformance Status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps us make the website more accessible to all users. The website is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to address these gaps.

What We Are Doing

• Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
• Video and audio content includes captions and transcripts where applicable

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we are aware of the following current limitations that we are working to address:

• Some older embedded map content (Google Maps iframe) may have limited screen reader support
• Certain animated elements do not yet respect the “prefer-reduced-motion” media query; we are implementing this fix
• Our booking calendar may have limited keyboard-only navigation in older browsers
